REBUILT VALVEBODY WITH HIGH QUALITY
MODIFICATIONS IUR QR SCAN CODE 2013-UP MODELS
Rebuilt Highlights
1. We have enlarged
the valve holes to standard size. We have also treated the surface with
hardening treatment as it assists with any anti friction and extends the life
time.
Testing results shows and
guarantees double life time just as the OEM.
2. We utilize high
quality, brand new valves with updated design.
3. All the
solenoids have been rebuilt as well, and have been set with all the data as the
OE standard.
4. IP has been
rewrite to be suitable for each transmission memory control computer which is
why we dealer process has to be followed after installation of our valve body.
5. Over 100,000 kms
of drive testing and has been introduced to markets throughout the world with
great success.

OE PROCESS
METHOD FOR ERASING THE EEPROM IN
THE TCM
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Move selector lever to "R" position.
3. Press the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal.
4. Perform "WORK SUPPORT MODE" (or "SPECIFIC FUNCTION")
mode for "TRANSMISSION".
5. Perform "CLEAR LEARNING VALUE" AND "CLEAR CALIBRATION
DATA".
6. Release the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal.
7. Move selector lever to "P" position. (The "P" indicator
lamp doesn't light up.)
8. Turn ignition switch OFF, Wait for 10 seconds.
METHOD FOR WRITING THE"IP"DATA
TO THE EEPROM IN THE TCM.
In the following procedure, the TCM reads the "IP" data
from the QR code and writes it to the EEPROM in the TCM.
1. Erase the EEPROM in the TCM.
2. Perform "WORK SUPPORT MODE" (or "SPECIFIC FUNCTION")
mode for "TRANSMISSION".
3. Perform "WRITE IP (AFTER REPLACE THE TCM)" for "WORK
SUPPORT MODE" (or "SPECIFIC FUNCTION").
4. Select "scan a QR code"
(Only the QR code we give.)
CHECK METHOD
• Standard: About write success, the "P" indicator lamp lights up.
